1 box (or 4 servings) of fettuccine or linguine noodles
- 1/4 cup of Promise Light
- 3/4 cup Low Fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- chopped parsley to taste (1-3 tablespoons)
- pepper to taste
-1 large can of chicken


Prepare your pasta based on package instructions
- In a separate saucepan, melt your butter
- Once your buttery spread is melted, remove it from the burner
- Stir in the low fat sour cream, until the sour cream and butter are thoroughly mixed
- Add the fat free cheese or parmesan cheese and chicken and combine
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and stir to combine
- Sprinkle parsley and pepper over pasta to taste
- Divide into four servings
