Creeping Crust Cobbler

Prepare in 2” Steam table pan
Preheat oven to 350°

3 Cups Sugar
3 Cups Flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 ½ cup milk
12 ounces margarine
6 cups canned fruit


1. Melt margarine in steam table pan.
2. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and milk.
3. Pour mixture into steam table pan.
4. Pour fruit on top of batter.
5. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
