A nutricious, delicious breakfast
I usually add more dry ingredients than called for (eg) 8 cups of oats, 1 1/2 cups wheat germ, etc.

I mix this up in an uncovered roasting pan

Cooking time: 30 - 35 mins

6 cups - large flake oats
1 cup - wheat germ
1 cup - cocoanut (unsweetened)
1 cup - sunflower seed (unsalted)
1 cup - almonds (slivered or however you like them)
1 cup - raisons

1 cup - canola oil
1 cup - brown sugar
1/2 cup - honey


Heat oven to 275 degrees

Mix dry ingredients

Bring canola oil, brown sugar and honey to a boil

Mix over dry ingredients until well mixed.

Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes stirring occasionally
