Oyster Stew

Really good and easy!

Serves: 3

Preparation time:


1 cup finely chopped carrots
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 small finely chopped onion
2 TBSP butter
6 cups whole milk
2 - 8oz cans oysters (do not drain)


Saute' the vegetables in the butter. Then add the milk and oysters. Simmer slowly, low heat. Until it's nice and hot, maybe 30 minutes. Careful not to scorch the milk.
