Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, combine the oil, sugar, egg, egg white, and vanilla and bet until fluffy. In a small bowl, combine the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda
Greadually add the flour mixture to the sugar minture, blending well. Stir in the oatmeal, white chocolate chips, adn walnuts.
Plact dough by teaspoonfuls onto a nonstick baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
