Shrimp And Spaghetti Recipe

8 Ounce Uncooked Spaghetti
1 Clove Minced Garlic
3 Tablespoon Butter
1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Dill Weed
1/2 to 3/4 Pound Fresh Shrimp that has been shelled and de-veined
Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste


Cook the Spaghetti in salted water according to the package directions. Just before the Spaghetti is done melt the butter in a large skillet. (We use and Electric skillet for this.) Add the Olive Oil. Add the Shrimp and Garlic, cook while stirring until the Shrimp are opaque and are done. This only takes a few minutes. Drain Spaghetti and turn out into a large serving bowl. Pour the Shrimp/Butter/Olive Oil mixture over the Shrimp. Mix well to coat the spaghetti. Add the grated Parmesan Cheese, Dill Weed, a little Salt and fresh coarsely ground Black Pepper. Mix together again and serve. This recipe will only serve about 4 people. If they are big eaters maybe only 3. For best taste use real Butter and a good grade of Olive Oil.
