Gribiche Sauce

1 hard boiled egg, chop yolk and finely dice white separately
1 medium shallot, finely diced
2 T chopped fresh parsley
2 T chopped fresh chervil
2 T chopped fresh chives
1 t chopped fresh tarragon
Zest of one lemon, chopped fine
1 T capers, rinsed and chopped
3 gherkins finely diced
3/4 cup olive oil


Mix everything together.
