1 clove garlic
1 rib celery
1/2 onion
2 ounce can of anchovies
3 eggs
1/2 teas ground black pepper
1 teas msg
1/2 teas sugar
1/2 teas curry powder
2 teas mustard
1T lemon juice
2 cups vegetable oil
Place all ingredients, except oil, in blender; blend for 20 seconds. Add oil a small amount at a time. Blend. Chill well. Serve as salad dressing or as a dip for raw vegetables. Makes 1 quart.
