Serves: 2- 4
Beef ( I use Top Sirloin) cut into strips
1 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp of Sesame Oil
2 Small Onions
1 Tbsp of Ginger, minced
1 Tbsp of Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp of Tamari Sauce (or Soya)
Add veggies of your choice
2 Tsp of Sesame Seeds
Cook beef in frying pan until slighty pink in middle; add onions, ginger, garlic, Tamari Sauce and veggies, simmer a few more minutes until veggies are tender.
Serve over rice or a bed of Bok Choy (with the bok choy drizzle with 2 Tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar) Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
