4x Set of hairy balls
50g of butter (unsalted)
100mlx seman sauce
50ml red wine
Seal off cocks in a hard bottomed pan, season liberally.
Add balls until hairs have been burnt off
Add wine and de glaze
Finish off with seman.
Serve on a nice shiny white plate.
Recommend to eat with a large glass of cold beer
