Sour Cream Biscuits

2 cups sifted flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1⁄4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk


Sift flour, baking powder, soda, and salt together. Blend in sour cream. Stir in milk to make a soft dough. Knead gently on a floured board. Pat out to 1⁄2 inch thickness. Cut into rounds. Place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
