Cowboy Cassarole

Kids love this beefy, barbecue cassarole!

Serves: 4


1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 slices bacon, crisp, chopped
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
1 can baked beans
1 c frozen corn
1 c frozen hash browns
1 c crushed corn chips
1 c shredded chedder cheese


Preheat oven to 375*. Brown beef in skillet. Add onion and bacon. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingrediants, except corn chips and cheese. Place in baking dish. Bake about 35 minutes. Sprinkle corn chips and cheese on top and continue bakind about 10 min, until cheese is melted.
