Boil Chicken, salt, and pepper in a large pot until the meal peels away. This should take around 30-45 mins.
Preheat to 375- glass pan, 350 metal pan
In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken and sour cream together. After the chicken if done, pull the meat apart and place in the bottom of a casserole dish (metal or glass). Pour sour cream mixture over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers in sleeve and sprinkle your desired amount on top (there shouldn't be any cream showing through) Place in oven. (30 mins)
