3 Ripe Mangoes (flesh of)
2 Habanero Peppers
3 Serrano Peppers
4 Jalapeno Peppers (med/lg)
1 small Red Onion
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
3 heaping tbsp Garlic (chopped/minced)
2 tbsp Honey
3 Dashes of Cinnamon
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
1 tsp Sea Salt (add more to taste after combination)
1/2 tsp Cumin
Split peppers and remove seeds and placenta (may be retained if you want more heat).
Quarter tomato and prepared onion.
put all ingredients into salsa chopper or blender, and chop fine.

As mentioned earlier to add heat for a Medium, Hot etc... Add more peppers, the peppers are listed in heat value from hottest to mildest.
