15 medium tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 cup corn
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 pablano pepper
1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 cup fresh cilanto
1/4 cup fresh basil
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup bragg's apple cider vinegar
1 tbs salt


chop all veggies and herbs. mix all on a large bowl. send through a food processor or blender in small batches, enough to mince and blend, but still allow for some texture. serve with fresh guacamole.
