Moms Pumpkin Bread w/ Cinnamon Glaze

The Perfect Pumpkin bread... So Moist.....

Dietary guidance: v n 


1 C. Canned Pumpkin
1/2 C. Oil
2 Eggs slightly beaten
1 2/3 C. All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 t. Baking soda
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Nutmeg
1/2 t. Ground Cloves
1 scant t. Cinnamon

2 C. Powdered Sugar
1 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Vanilla
2 T.ish Milk


Mix all but the glaze ingredients together... pour into non stick Bread Pan
Bake 325* for 1 1/2 Hours... Check for doneness after an hour or so... It should just start to pull away from the sides when done.
Let cool on rack.
When cooled remove from Pan and put back on rack.

Mix together Glaze ingredients.... adjust milk to make consistency like a nice saucy gravy...
Drizzle over bread and let dry
Slice and enjoy
