Tomato Baked Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 c light balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 t garlic powder
1/c Parmesan cheese
3 c cooked angel hair pasta

Method

Place sliced onions on bottom on 9x13 baking dish; top w/chicken. Combine tomatoes, dressing, and garlic powder; pour over chicken. Sprinkle w/cheese. Bake 30 minutes @ 425. Divide into 6 servings and serve each over 1/2 c pasta.
