Sweet Rice

2 tbsp real butter
1 cup basmati rice ( long grain if you dont like basmati )
2 cups water
2 tbsp shaved coconut
15 almonds coarsly chopped
3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp yellow food coloring
whole cloves ( optional )
white raisins


melt butter and toss in your rice and cloves , cook till rice is a golden brown .
add 2 cups water
bring rice and water to a boil
then add remaining ingredients
cook as per usual when it comes to rice , nice and fluffy
serve in fav. dish and remind people not to eat the cloves
