1 large onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices, separated into rings
1/3-cup maple syrup
1/4-cup Dijon Mustard
(2-1/2 to 3-lbs) country-style ribs
1/2 bottle Honey Mesquite Bbq Sauce
Place onion rings in crock pot.
In small bowl, combine syrup and mustard, mix well.
Spread evenly on ribs. ( I just dipped my ribs into the bowl then put each one in the crock pot and poured leftover syrup/mustard mixture over all.
Cover; cook on low setting for at least 8 hours.
Drain off all the excess liquid and put them back into the crock pot with about 1/2 bottle Honey Mesquite Barbecue Sauce over the top.
Serve with desired sides.
