1 pkg. (21 oz) brownie mix
1 4 oz ready to eat chocolate pudding
2 egg whites
1/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 , Line 8" baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2 inches, coat with cooking spray.
Whisk together brownie mix, pudding, 1/3 cup water and egg whites. Spread in pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Cool completely in pan. Use foil to lift brownies from pan. remove foil and cut into squares.
