Carrots Noodles(萝卜面)

Idea from Sushi Kitchen. It is easy to cook with simple ingredients. The most important thing is, its healthy and nutritious. My two daughters like it very much.

Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 3 - 4

Yee Fu Noodles 3 - 4 pcs
Lettuce to your interest(shredded)
Fresh young corn 2pcs ( cut into slices)
Black sesame 1 tea sp
Water 1.5 lit

Soup ingredients:
Carrot 1 big pc/a full rice bowl(cut into pcs easy to blend)
Pumpkin or
sweet potato half rice bowl(cut into smaller pcs easy to blend)
Sesame oil 2 tbl sp
Bo luo gu or
Xiang Suji fen 1/2 tea sp
Light soy sauce 1 tbl sp
Salt to taste


1. Blend the carrot and pumpkin with some water. Pour into a cooking pot and add
in the balance water to boil.
2. Add in the seasoning and fresh young corn.
3. Add in the noodles till cook, spread the black sesame in.
4. Lastly, serve hot in a bowl by spreading some lettuce in it.
