1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Chinese Cooking Wine
1/8 cup liquid honey
1/8 cup Thai palm sugar (you can use more honey or corn syrup in its place)
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup hoisin
1/8 cup sesame oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Chinese five spice
1 Tbsp white pepper

1/4 cup liquid honey


Heat marinade ingredients over medium until sugars are dissolved. set 1/4 of marinade aside and refrigerate. Marinade two pork tenderloin with the remainder. Overnight or 8+ hours. The next day, add the 1/4 cup of honey to the 1/4 that was set aside. This will be your glaze.

skewer the pork loins through their length and suspend over roasting pan with 1/2-inch of water. Bake at 375 for 30 mins, turning and glazing once during this interval. The broil for 15 mins, also turning and glazing once during the interval. Allow to set for 5 minutes and slice into 1/4-inch pieces. Serve on steamed rice or atop Jip Way Chow Mien.
