Put all ingredients (EXCEPT flour) into saucepan, bring to boil.
Allow to cool.
Stir in enough flour to make suitable cake batter (thin batter). I used up some old wholemeal SR and added 1/2 cup LSA mix to mine and it worked out fine (like a rich pudding)
Pour into greased cake tin.
Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.
Serve hot with custard and ice-cream!
