Place the olive oil in a pan or pressure cooker over low-medium heat. Brown the pork. Add the garlic and chili powder and brown slightly. Add the onions and bell pepper.
If you are using a slow cooker, transfer the pork onion mixture to the slow cooker at this time. If you are using a pressure cooker, continue to add ingredients to the same pot.
Add the lime juice, orange juice, and low-sodium chicken broth to the pot.
Cook all day on low heat in the slow cooker or for 25 minutes in the pressure cooker.
