1 lb beef
1 cup diced shrimp
1 can coconut milk
Put beef in pot with water and simmer covered on low heat for at least an hour to soften.
sautee garlic and shrimp. add lemon grass and onion. add milk, spices and beef and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
add cilantro at the end.
serve over rice, and with raita.
