A mini pizza that slides down easy and deliciously

French Loaf / Bread
Tomato Puree
Diced Garlic
Ringed or sliced onion
Sliced Mushroom
Squared Tomatoes
Sliced Green Peppers
Mozarella Cheese


1. Slice the french loaf into medium thick round bases
2. Spread the tomato puree for the base
3. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) over the base, be generous
3. Cheese to be spread last (please use either mozarella or pizza cheese)
4. Bake in oven for 10-15mins, or until the bread starts to toast 'a little'

Serve while warm
