Tzatziki or Cucumber Yogurt Sauce

2 Cups Greek Yogurt (thicker and more flavorful)
1 large cucumber peeled, seeded and diced
2 cloves garlic grated on micro plane
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice from ½ fresh lemon
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Mix well and serve with Cevapcici/Lamb Burgers or other Gyros flavored meats
