1 pot pork broth (ribs,hocks,bacon, boiled for 1 hour in 2 tbsp. salt)
3 bay leafs
1 onion diced
1 cup frozen mixed veggies (optional)
1 cup macaroni uncooked
pinch of fresh dill
2 cups 18% cream mixed with 3 tbsp. flour
Make broth. Filling a pot 3/4 full of water, adding 2 tbsp. salt and pork meat. Bring to a slow boil for 1 hour skimming the blood off the top.
After the first hour, add 3 bay leafs, onions,carrots,mixed veggies and cook for 1 hour keeping it at a slow boil.
After the second hour, add potatoes, dill, macaroni and flour & cream mixture. Cook an additonal 20 minutes and turn off heat. Enjoy!
