1 cup of flower
1tsp of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
about enough water to mix the ingredient to desired consistency


Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl, and make a well. Pour the tepid water into the well and mix the bannock, fry in canola oil. Flip bannock over once you see the sides go a golden/tan color, cook other side.
