Cooked rice
1 pound ground chicken
2 cans Campbell's chicken gravy
3-4 stalks sliced celery
1-2 cans drained pineapple tidbits
shredded coconut
1 container chow mein noodles
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bunch thinly sliced green onions
1 pkg sliced almonds
Cook ground chicken until brown. Mix in chicken gravy and heat through. Everyone receives rice and chicken gravy as a base. Then each person can top their haystack with any number of different toppings.
(serve with cornbread)
