4 boneless pork loin chops
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Put all ingredients into a 1 gallon Ziploc style bag.
Massage the pork for a minute in the bag to help infuse the flavors.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, turning a few times.
Grill over medium heat until desired doneness, approx. 5 mins each side.
