Fresh Herb Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

I do this all by sight, but its always such a big hit that I sorted out the measurements. Play with it and make it your own. As always, fresh from your garden herbs are the absolute best. Why buy at the store when your own is sooo much better for you!

1 C olive oil
1/2 C canola oil
1/4 C white balsamic vinegar
3/4 C fresh oregano leaves, packed
2 C fresh basil leaves, packed
2-3 cloves garlic (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper


Place all ingredients in blender and puree until creamy.
