Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 cup Marscapone Cheese
1.75 cups Heavy Cream
0.25 cup Pomegranate liquor
0.25 cup sugar
0.5 table spoon lemon zest
Place all ingredients in mixer and mix until soft peaks form. Place in bowl and cover. Chill for 15 to 30 minutes.
Substitute Pomegranate juice for a non-alcoholic version.
