Simmer Lentils in water until tender. Remove from heat then add bulgar and set aside covered until the bulgar has absorbed all the liquid.
Chop up leek and rinse well. Chop mushrooms, celery, garlic and onion then mix with leeks.
Heat up olive oil in large sautee pan add vegetables and cook until tender
Mix mushrooms mix and lentil bulgar mix together then mill up in food processor add bread crumbs to hold it all together
Let chill about an hour then make patties
Cook like regular Hamburgers
