Submitted by: Stacy Craft
This makes enough seasoning for 1lb of taco filling, saute one large chopped onion until they are translucent before adding filling and seasoning to get the best flavor.

Serves: 4
Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Preparation time:

Dietary guidance: v v n d

Hot or Mild Chili Powder - 2 Tbls
Dried Minced Garlic - A pinch or 1/2 teaspoon
Ground Cumin - 1 Teaspoon
Onion Powder - 1/8th teaspoon
Cayenne Pepper - 1/4th teaspoon (add more for more spice)
Salt - 1/4th teaspoon

Mix all seasonings in a bowl, blend well. Add to 1lb to 1 1/3 lb of filling, in general use 2/3rds cup water in the filling, this works with beans, TVP, ground beef, etc..
