4 large pork chops .
1 tbsp Chinese five spice powder .
2 tbsps soy sauce .
2 tbsps garlic-infused olive oil (or use plain olive oil & 1tsp minced garlic)
Step #1 Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in a non-metalic baking dish.
Step #2 Sprinkle top on the five spice powder, then drizzle over the soy sauce & garlic oil.
Step #3 Using clean hands rub the mixture into the meat.
Step #4 Cover up the dish with plastic wrap & chill for 2 hrs.
Step #5 Preheat the oven to 325'C/160'F.
Step #6 Uncover the dish & bake for 30-40 mins or until the meat is cooked through & tender.
Step #7 Serve as soon as possible with a green leafy vegetable or broccoli & plain boiled or steamed rice.
