Liver Cleanse Smoothie
2 oranges (peeled)
1 grapefruit (peeled).... or 1/2 a grapefruit, 1/2 a lemon
parlesy (fresh, stems ok)
garlic, 1-2 cloves
1-3 TBL oil (olive or flax)
Add fruits, ginger, and garlic into the blender one at a time, cover with spring water... blend together until smooth.
(I personally omit the garlic, as I'm firey enough)!
add parsely in second to last, when almost done blending, add flax oil in very last to the blend.
You may also choose to add a little ice, water, or fresh juice, like pineapple, to get the smoothie going.
