Difficulty: Medium - some experience needed
Serves: 1

Preparation time:
Cooking time:

1 Piece Naan (frozen or fresh – available at grocery store in frozen or bread section)
2 all beef bun length hot dogs (preferably non-cured), split lengthwise
Country Dijon mustard (I like grey poupon that’s grainy and not too creamy)
Yellow mustard (optional)
Crumbled Feta cheese
Sauteed Red onion
1 teaspoon butter

Cut hot dogs lengthwise and fry cut down in a frying pan until thoroughly cooked
Heat Naan in oven on 400 for 5-10 minutes depending on whether room temp or frozen
When bread is hot, take out, spread Dijon mustard on bread – can also add yellow mustard if desired
Spoon 2-3 heaping spoonfuls of sauerkraut on top of the mustard
Place cooked hot dogs on top of the sauerkraut next to eachother like 4 logs
Sprinkle feta cheese over dogs

Cut a ¼ inch slice off of red onion
Roughly chop slice
Add to hot dog pan after hot dog has cooked with a teaspoon of butter
Cook on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until onions have softened and sweat noticeably

Spread onions over hot dogs
