1 large butternut squash
But squash in half, clean out seeds and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic.
If microwaving, cover halves with plastic wrap and microwave for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
If baking, lay face down on cookie sheet and bake at 375 until tender.
Once tender, remove skin and mash squash with sweet basil to taste and serve!
