Cherry cheese pie

1 graham cracker crumb crust
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can cherry pie filling


In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sweetened condensed milk and blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 2 hours, then top with cherry pie filling.

Also could work well with strawberries, peaches, etc.
