Ingredients

30g of cacao nibs
50g of goji berries
50g of almonds
500ml of water
1 banana( optional)

Method

put thecacao nibs, goji berries and almonds into a high spec blender and blitz till fine then add water slowly and to meet the consistency you like if you want add a banana to sweeten and create that lovely smooth consistency
the goji berries and almonds add loads of antioxidants, and calcium.not to mention the holistic effects cacao has on the body
