Salsa Mexicane

8 Plum Tomatoes
1 - 2 Jalapeno Chile Peppers
2 tbsp Chopped Onion
2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro (Corriander) Leaves
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 cup Mexican (Corona) Beer


Finely chop the tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, and cilantro. Uses 1 jalapeno pepper for medium hotness, or use 2 if you prefer a hotter salsa.

Combines all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins before serving. Consume the beer while you wait! Serve with tortilla chips or as part of Tex-Mex meal.

Makes about 2 - 3 cups.
