1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1-1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Pecans (can sub walnuts)
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup Butter
Cream Butter and Sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add Eggs, beating until smooth. In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, blending well. Gently fold in sour cream and vanilla.
Combine nuts, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Prepare a greased and floured 9 inch tube pan.
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of tooping into the bottom of pan.
Pour 1/2 the batter into pan.
Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of topping over batter.
Drizzle 1/2 the glaze over batter and topping mixture.
Spoon remaining batterinto pan and Sprinkle remaining topping.
Reserve remaining glaze . Bake 1hr 15 mins @350 or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan.
Transfer to serving plate and drizzle remaining Glaze.
