1/2 c warm water (plus 1 T as needed)
2 c flour (plus 1/4 c as needed)
3 T sugar
1 1/2 t dry active yeast
1/2 t salt
1/2 lb ground beef
1 1/2 c chopped cabbage
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c cheddar cheese
2 T butter
Put dough ingredients in bread machine. After a few minutes look to see if more water or flour is needed. When cycle completed, turn onto floured surface and punch down.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef, drain. Add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper. Cover. Cook on medium heat 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Divide dough into 10 pieces. Gently roll out and stretch into 5-6 inch circle. Top with 1/4 c of filling and about 1/8 c cheese. Pull edges up and over and pinch together. Place seam side down on greased baking sheet. Cover. Let rise to doubled, about 30 minutes. Brush tops with butter. Bake 350 F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
