handful of baby greens
small handful of fresh raspberries
small handful of snowpeas or sugar snap peas, sliced in half
Heat a small skillet or cast iron pan on medium. Add sesame seeds. Stir frequently so you don't burn them! Meanwhile, assemble the salad.
On each serving plate, place a handful of baby mixed greens or whatever is fresh out of the garden. Top with raspberries and cut pea pods. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette on top, to taste. When the sesame seeds are toasted, sprinkle these on top of the salad. Enjoy immediately.
