Tonkatsu Sauce - 78082

Serve on "country fried pork". Take pork cutlet, dip in flour, then in beaten egg, then panko crumbs. Pan fry. serve over rice if you like, I like to serve with curry rice.

1 tsp dry yellow mustard powder
4 tsp dry sherry
1/4 cup ketchup
4 tsp white wine vinegar
4 tsp soy sauce
4 tsp worchest... sauce
4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp minced garlic


whisk mustard and sherry until smooth. add the rest whisk again.
