dash curry powder
1/2 t dried marjoram
1/2 t dried thyme
salt to taste
1 T butter
2 T milk
shredded white milld cheddar cheese
1. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, curry powder, marjoram, thyme, and milk to eggs in a bowl.
2. Melt 1 T butter over medium heat in a small skillet. Add egg mixture. Cook until eggs are almost done but still not solid on top. Sprinkle cheddar over eggs.
3. When eggs appear done and cheese is melted, sprinkle with sugar and salt to taste.
