Skillet Pork Stir-Fry

A quick and delicious alternative to Asian take-out.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 - 20 minutes

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 4 people


1 Tablespoon Oil
1 Pound Boneless Pork Chops, cut into strips
1 1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Cup Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables
2 Cup Instant Rice, Uncooked


I. Heat oil in large skillet over medium/high heat.
II. Cook pork for about 4 minutes, or until done. (make sure to brown each side)
III. Add water, bbq sauce, teriyaki sauce, and stir-fry vegetables; stir well and bring to boil.
IV. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
V. Let stand for 5 minutes
