Turkey Supreme

Shredded turkey recipe suitable for sandwiches

4 - 3 lb Jenny-O boneless Turkey Roasts (frozen meat section, dark and white mix)
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 cup miracle whip (use only regular, not light)


Bake turkey roasts in a Reynolds oven bag according to instructions or 170 degrees on meat thermometer (or I've just baked them in a large electric roaster-no bag). When cool, tear apart into chunks. Mix the cheese, soup, broth and miracle whip on low heat, stirring often until cheese is melted. Pour over turkey and mix. Heat up and serve in buns.
