1 pound tomatillos, husked, rinsed and chopped
1-3 Serrano chiles, with seeds (you can adjust this for your own heat requirements)
3/4 cups fresh cilantro leaves (roughly 1 bunch)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
2. Process until processed.
3. Enjoy, chilled or right out of the food processor
